Until 25/09/2026, when someone confirmed their email, a one-way hash of their address and their council area was recorded on the Polygon blockchain — a public, permanent ledger no one controls. No new records have been written since 25/09/2026.

Records already written cannot be altered or deleted — not by this website, not by anyone. The blockchain is the source of truth.

Anyone can read the contract directly and count the votes independently — no need to trust PSA Studio or one-ayrshire.scot.
